Wig outlet sells large selection of beautiful wigs at much less cost than other wig sellers. Not only that their services are very good, and fast and free shipping too. Items arrive within one week, I am very happy about finding this good wig seller.
One thing I am less thrilled is their website works. It is very slow. But I feel that the other good aspects make up for this .

This was my first wig purchase. It came exceptionally fast and was well packaged. I will definitely buy from them again if I can figure out how to wear a wig for more than a couple of hours.

I've purchased a few things form Wig Outlet, I returned one wig because it seemed smaller than I am used to from that brand. The other purchases have been fantastic. I wish they had a chat feature (I can't find it if it is there), but I've called to get information on different pieces and have always had great feedback from the company.

I purchased a 300 wig for an 84yr old client. Within 2 weeks it was matting and the hair was brittle and breaking at the touch. I sent 10 pictures only wanted an exchange. They refused saying the haor was burned. It absolutely is NOT. When I called back. I said it wasn't heat damage. They took this as me being DEFENSIVE as I stated it early on the conversation. This wig was barely touched. I am mailing it back to them to prove it wasn't and appeared to be old and brittle.
I did a check on their reviews, they have great reviews. But that's because they are dishonest and ONLY POST THE 4-5 star reviews. This is pure deceit to the consumer

I don't want to write a review. I just want to give them 5 stars because my experience was positive from start to finish. Writing up a paragraph should be an option not a requirement in order to give them a compliment. They do a professional, prompt and courteous service.

Cute but hairline is a mess.

I appreciate the prompt shipping and personal note to assure me that the wig had undergone a quality check before it was shipped to me. Increased my confidence in the purchase! The wig itself was as described. Amore Emily is a double monofilament shot wig. It fitted a little small initially, but after I removed the elastic strip adjusters on both sides, it fitted fine. Very good value!

You did GREAT! Price was right, service was fast and OH! I love the True Demure wig! I'll be back!

Great product, great delivery

I would give them zero stars if I could for the customer service alone. They sent me a hair piece that was missing a clip so I asked for a return shipping label. They assured me that if I include a receipt, they will reimburse me for shipping. When I asked them about it after I had sent it back, they lied and said the item isnt damaged so they won't refund me for shipping... I have photos of the damaged item.

On top of the bad customer service, the quality was terrible, and like I said above, the hair piece was missing a clip.

This website is sketchy. Customer service is bad. Nothing good to say and will not be going back.

I have been wearing the sandy silver “Sky” by Noriko for almost 10 years and I purchase one every two months or so. I love the soft waves of this wig. I decided to buy my new wig from Wig Outlet and it when I opened it, it was not packed the same as the ones I have purchased new from other companies and I really question whether the wig is even new. The wig is flat, straight and lifeless. It does not have the shine nor bounce that I so look forward to in a new wig. It feels and looks like one that has been cleaned and repackaged. Soooo disappointed.
